My journey began at Nottingham Forest, coming up through the ranks from u9s in 2013, earning a scholarship in 2022, and playing in the Youth Cup final at Old Trafford in front of 69,000 people. The same year, I signed my professional contract, gaining unforgettable experiences with the first team.

Moving to Swindon Town in League Two in 2024, I made my debut, at the time, the absolute highlight of my life. Shortly after this, I fractured my ankle, which then began, One of the most challenging times of my playing career, I regained Fitness began playing again in the summer of 2024 and suffered the same injury once again and again. 

Injury led me to a new path – using my skills and knowledge to help others on their footballing journey at PJ's Coaching Lab.

Coming up Through the ranks at such a big club gave me the tools necessary to handle the demands of the professional game, Being in such environment also left traits with me that last a lifetime from work ethic to professionalism. These things I install into players who work with me. Show me the importance of a strong mindset and character. 

I seen firsthand Premier League players World Cup winners Champions League winners players I looked up to for so many years I shared the same building and training ground day-to-day with. Training regularly with these calibre players has given me Insights, knowledge And Experiences very few can say they have had. 

During my time at Swindon town, the hardship of 3 ankle major surgeries in 14 months being told I might never play football again was one of the toughest things I ever went through. I learned resilience. I learned how quickly the game can move past you, even if there is nothing you can do about it.

That is how football can go, it is important that younger players are told that football can be difficult. I believe it is the best game in the world. I live and breathe football every day, but it has to be said it can be extremely difficult to times and requires you to have an unshakeable mindset be delusional at times and have a level of belief that some may think is crazy.

That said I have seen how rewarding football can be, spending time around professionals, you understand that such hard work pays off, Showing up when it counts and taking the window of opportunity.

Every player has their own story and my job now is to be a small part of those on that journey and assist those who are on it. 

 

My playing career brought many highs, but my favourite memory has to be making my league debut. Playing in front of tens of thousands of fans at Old Trafford, live on television, was an absolutely incredible and surreal experience that I will cherish forever. These moments fuel my passion to help young players chase their own dreams, creating their own unforgettable memories on the pitch.
