My journey: From Nottingham Forest to PJ's Coaching Lab
My journey began at Nottingham Forest, coming up through the ranks from u9s in 2013, earning a scholarship in 2022, and playing in the Youth Cup final at Old Trafford in front of 69,000 people. The same year, I signed my professional contract, gaining unforgettable experiences with the first team. Moving to Swindon Town in League Two in 2024, I made my debut playing in front of passionate fans. Unfortunately, injury led me to a new path – using my skills and knowledge to help others on their footballing journey at PJ's Coaching Lab.

What makes PJ's Coaching Lab stand out? It's simple: I've lived it. I've experienced the professional game firsthand, seen what top players do, and understood what coaches tell them. My unique insight comes from being in those environments, and I'm here to pass that invaluable knowledge on to you. Beyond just football skills, I hope players gain confidence, a strong work ethic, and a deeper understanding of the game and what it takes to succeed, both on and off the pitch.
Unforgettable moments: From debut to coaching
My playing career brought many highs, but my favourite memory has to be making my league debut. Playing in front of tens of thousands of fans at Old Trafford, live on television, was an absolutely incredible and surreal experience that I will cherish forever. These moments fuel my passion to help young players chase their own dreams, creating their own unforgettable memories on the pitch.
